2. Products & Pricing
- All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice.
- We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you promptly.
- Promotional prices are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers.
Note: All prices shown include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are additional and vary by location.
3. Orders & Confirmation
- An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team via Facebook or phone.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion without prior notice.
- Please ensure all order details β name, address, phone number and size β are correct before confirming.
- Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- For custom or pre-order items, additional processing time may be required.
4. Payment Terms

Pay only when you receive your product. No advance payment required for standard orders.
π± Mobile Banking
bKash / Nagad payments accepted on request. Contact us before making any transfer.
π¦ Bank Transfer
Available for wholesale or bulk orders only. Contact us for bank details.

We will never ask for advance payment without prior agreement. Beware of fraud.
5. Delivery Terms
- We deliver all across Bangladesh. Delivery charges apply as per our Delivery Policy.
- Estimated delivery time is 1β3 days inside Dhaka and 3β5 days outside Dhaka.
- Anha Fashion BD is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photo evidence.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for size exchange β please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
- Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days after return approval.
Important: Sale items, custom orders and discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content including images, logos, designs and text on our website and Facebook page belongs to Anha Fashion BD.
- You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.
- Unauthorized use of our brand name or logo is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy & Data
- We collect your name, phone number and address only to process and deliver your order.
- Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
- Anha Fashion BD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
- We are not responsible for any loss caused by third-party courier services.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
