4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24β48 hours of confirmation on business days.
- Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays or during Eid will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order is confirmed and being prepared.
- Custom or pre-order items may require additional 2β3 days of processing time.
- During peak seasons (Eid, sale events), processing time may be slightly longer.
5. How to Track Your Order
- 1 Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a message from our team via Facebook or phone.
- 2 After your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and courier name.
- 3 Visit the courier's website or app and enter your tracking number to check the status.
- 4 You will also receive a call or message from the courier agent before delivery.
- 5 Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
6. Packaging
- All orders are carefully packed to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.
- We use quality packaging materials to protect your items during transit.
- Gift wrapping is available on request β please mention it when placing your order.
- Please inspect the package before signing for delivery. Report any visible damage immediately.
7. Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery again.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
- In case of a returned package, you will need to pay re-delivery charges for a second shipment.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipment
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
- In case of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for orders confirmed lost or damaged during transit.
- Do not discard the original packaging β it may be required for the investigation process.
